My core modality is Humanistic integrative. I combine aspects of different approaches, to personalise my therapeutic interventions, which allows me to support clients relationally and adapt to their changing needs.

 I have gained experience working privately and voluntary with diverse clients and range of issues. My personal approach is based on a positive belief in the potential of human beings. I firstly bring a willingness and positive approach to meet you where you are, in a confidential space that allows you to explore your feelings and thoughts, whilst I support you in discovering new ways of being.

It is my belief that working together with the client, empowers them to have the autonomy to make decisions and choices that are right for them and build a sense of resilience to aid emotional well-being. This means for me that I to strive to unlock the individual’s uniqueness and facilitate their growth by being open and curious in my continuous work with them.
